Jazz Jennings on her 'spiritual journey:' 'I didn't have faith before'
Jazz Jennings, the star of the TLC series "I Am Jazz," has endured a lot of change since identifying as transgender, but admits it's her personal journey that's been the biggest adjustment.
"The biggest change I think I made, was, I mean with the spiritual journey, just really relearning everything. I mean specifically, I guess.... I mean it really comes down to my faith", the transgender activist, 18, told 1010 WINS' Rebecca Granet. "I didn't have faith before, I didn't really think anything meant anything in this world and I believe something different now."
Jennings got emotional while speaking about using her life experiences to bring positive change to the world.
"It's made me more passionate about bringing love to this planet because it's hard to see that people aren't supportive," she said. "People aren't loving. I really want to live in a world where people can be who they are without fearing what other people think."
