Coming Out

Coming out isn't easy everyone. There's fear of alienation from friends, family, religious institutions, and more. Some parents celebrate their child's coming out, others are trepedacious, and some, are downright against it. Many parents, though, find enlightenment through their child's coming out, and embrace their new relationship. Here, LGBTQ individuals and their parents share their coming out journeys:
