NEW YORK (1010WINS) 1010 WINS has teamed up with Animal Care Centers of New York City to let you know about some of the adoptable #Boroughbreds looking for loving homes in the city's shelters, and, where ACC's mobile adoption units are headed with even more great pets.

This week, we're featuring Bundles, Frost and Drew:

Bundles (58819) An ACC Volunteer writes: “An adorable mashup of family-friendly fun and easy-going good manners, Bundles is a classic case study in not judging a book by its cover. He may be underweight right now but his plus-size personality and bushels of happy energy quickly banish any sad musings over the past and replace them with delighted live-in-the-moment smiles, his own the brightest of all. Bundles previously shared a home with children and loves meeting new folks of all shapes and sizes, greeting potential friends with a wagging tail and leaning into their petting like he's known them all his life. A great leash walker who takes care of business promptly and passes other pups with ease, he's also a fun backyard fetch partner. His signature athletic style of leaping high to catch the ball then batting it around the lawn like a kitten is guaranteed to make you laugh and as long as there's another toy in your hand, the game could go all day. Bundles is already neutered and ready to rock and roll his way into a home as happy, fun and fabulous as he is--all you have to do is say yes. Meet him today and get ready to be dazzled!" Available for adoption at Manhattan ACC: 326 East 110th St, Manhattan.

Frost (69797) A volunteer writes: "Her name may be Frost, but there's nothing chilly about this friendly girl. Right away, she approached me, began to purr, and nuzzled me with her head. Frost stood next to me and happily accepted all petting. Head scratches caused her to lean way over to the point that she had to brace herself with her front legs to keep from tumbling. Frost has pretty markings and a bright pink nose with dark smudges on the top and bottom. This roly-poly little dumpling is waiting to make your acquaintance.” Available for adoption at Brooklyn ACC: 2336 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn.

Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is the only open-admissions animal shelter in New York City and takes in approximately 30,000 animals every year. ACC’s  three Care Centers in Manhattan (326 East 110th Street), Brooklyn (2336 Linden Boulevard), and Staten Island (3139 Veterans Road West) are open for adoptions 12pm-8pm Monday thru Friday, and 10am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Drew (65417) An ACC volunteer writes: "Drew is a small- to medium-sized boy with a sweet, sensitive nature. This little guy is a bit shy, but he will let you pet him - and he adores it! He will seem a bit tense at first, but gradually relax more and more. After a prolonged petting session, you'll find him totally blissed out, lounging in his litter box - quite the departure from his earlier tense self! Spa certificates were clearly invented for this guy. Drew will probably do best in a quiet, snuggly home with minimal drama and maximum attention from kind humans!" Available for adoption at Manhattan ACC: 326 East 110th St, Manhattan.
