When Penn State football player Kyle Vasey showed up for to practice one day, he had no idea his life was about to change.

During their huddle, coach James Franklin started asking players who worked a job on the side, singling out Kyle to answer. The fifth-year senior long-snapper answered that he worked four to five days -- normally from 8pm to 3am, clocking in 25 to 30 hours a week as a bar back and bouncer -- which certainly is a lot for a full-time student and major athlete.

Little did he know his coach had an unforgettable surprise for him -- a full scholarship!

His Nittany Lions teammates immediately burst into celebration hearing the incredible news… and Kyle was clearly left emotional but excited!

That moment when 4 years of hard work pays off...! --⚪️ Congrats, @kylefvasey96 !!! #WeAre
