For Cheyanne Shaw, a 25-year-old fitness influencer diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in December of 2016, a positive attitude was everything...

And now she's celebrating being cancer-free!

(SWIPE) Words can’t even begin to describe the emotions I’m feeling right now, but let’s just say there has been plenty of happy tears today-- - - I was informed today that I was one of the sickest patients my nurses have seen in a very long time... I literally had one foot in the grave because it was Stage 4B and it didn’t help that the cancer I had, was resistant to chemo. Y’ALL, LOOK AT US NOW!-- Cancer is a tough battle, both mentally and physically. When it comes to cancer, attitude is everything and I knew I would never let cancer take my smile or positivity away-- I am forever thankful and blessed that God placed me in the hands of my doctor and her team. I started off as one of their patients but now I’m leaving with a brand new family. I’m forever thankful for all of you and all of your support through the hardest time of my life. Thank you all so much❤️ I could not have done this without you! This isn’t only a victory for me, but for US-- - - I still have my CT scan to just go over everything one last time on the 2nd and my CA125 was at 9 today! WHOOHOO! I still can’t wrap my head around this y’all! ---- - - To celebrate my last day of Chemo, tomorrow, April 28th at 12PM / PST, I will be launching my new handmade/ hand stamped jewelry line called @monarchjewelry_cs -- I hope y’all love these as much as I do and don’t forget, the first 50 orders will get a personalized thank you letter from me----OMG YA’LL WE DID IT!!!------ - - #lastdayofchemo #chemo #cancersurvivor #ovariancancer #ovariancancersurvivor #ovariancancerawareness #ibeatcancer #blessed #godisgood #selflove #strength #bestself #bodypositive #fitness #fitspo #alphalete #seattle #happy #healthy #recovery #happyandhealthy #tampa #monarchjewelrycs #seattleseahawks #lifeaftercancer

Although multiple surgeries and chemotherapy sessions had taken a toll on her, Shaw remained confident that she would be cancer-free and documented her entire journey on Instagram to raise awareness about the disease and inspire others to keep fighting.

She wrote in a post: "I've been called a walking miracle by so many people, but when you hear it from your nurses mouth—it really hits you hard."

While Cheyanne never stopped dancing through chemo… beating cancer seems like an even better excuse to dance it out now!

This is hard for me to post... Left- Before we knew I had cancer. I was a solid 130lbs and 15% body fat. Also had a nice little booty growing back there. - - Right- Taken yesterday. Stage 4 Low Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer. After almost 14 days in the hospital, a poop bag, and a major surgery; I stand at 105lbs. That's way to small for me. I'm 5"5. I lost everything. Cancer has taken so much from me. The body I worked so hard for 2 years to get, the ability to have and carry my own child, my hair, and so much more, but one thing for sure is that cancer has not taken my fight and faith. - - I will never stop fighting. I will never lose my faith. I will never let cancer win. Today has been a rough day for me mentally, but that's okay. I know tomorrow will be much better and I'm thankful to be alive and to see another day. I know GOD is up there working and I know he will give me the strength to fight, the light to see in the darkness, and will lay his healing hands on me. - - This is the toughest battle I have and will ever face, but I know I can do it. The hardest part of all this is my body change. I have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror but I'm learning to love myself again and I know this is only temporary. Once I get the clear light to workout, I'll be in the gym banging those weights-------- - - #fuckcancer #ovariancancer #seattleseahawks #bestself #selflove #npc #npcbikini #ifbb #npccompetitor #bikini #bikinicompetitor #bikinifitness #bikiniathlete #fitlife #fitspo #fitlife #follow #inspiration #happiness #womensfitness #womenshealth #motivation #squat #squatspo #country #countrymusic #countrygirl #smile #cheystrong
