Woman sexually assaulted, robbed at gunpoint at Inwood Hill Park

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman at a park in upper Manhattan.

The man approached a 37-year-old woman at gunpoint inside Inwood Hill park about 6:30 p.m. Monday last and forced her to perform a sex act on him before stealing her wallet and i-Phone.

The suspect then fled the location heading southbound on Indian Road.

The woman was treated at Allan Pavilion Hospital and released.

The suspect is described as a black man with a slim build and dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black & red sneakers and a black & red back pack.
