BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. -- A South Florida woman apparently didn't appreciate being called out by another shopper for passing gas while in line at a dollar store Sunday night --- so much so that she threatened to "gut" him with a knife over his displeasure of the aromatic act, according to police.

Shanetta Wilson, 37, pulled a pocket knife on the man, who was behind her in line at the Dollar General store in Dania Beach,  after he complained about her passing gas "loudly," according to a Broward County Sheriff's Office arrest report.

After the man, identified as John Walker complained, Wilson pulled a small knife from her purse, threatened to "gut" him and then pulled her right hand back as if preparing to thrust forward and stab him, the arrest report said.

Wilson was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill. She remained in Broward’s jail Thursday on a bond of $2,500, according to court records.

“I’m all right, just shaken up at the time,” Walker told the Sun Sentinel Thursday. “I didn’t get hurt, I was just shaken up.”

Among the conditions the judge set upon her release, was that she not return to the Dollar General store.
