WASHINGTON DC (1010 WINS) -- Michael Avenatti has identified another woman who claims Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh engaged in sexual misconduct during high school drinking parties.

Avenatti tweeted an affidavit alleging that Kavanaugh and friends would drug girls or get them drunk to the point of incapacitation before attempting to gang rape them with a group of friends.

The statements were made by Julie Swetnick who says she went to Gaithersburg High School in Gaithersberg, Maryland.

Swetnick says she met Kavanaugh and Mark Judge at a house party near Washington D.C. in the early 80s, and described the pair as 'joined at the hip.' She further alleges that Judge has 'significant information' concerning Kavanaugh's conduct and actions towards women.

"On numerous occasions at these parties, I witnessed Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking 'no' for an answer. This conduct included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent," she said.

The allegations in the affidavit prompted Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to call for Kavanaugh to withdraw from consideration, and ask the FBI to reopen a background check investigation.

Kavanaugh has denied the allegations calling them 'ridiculous' and 'from the Twilight Zone.'

The affidavit claims Kavanaugh was a 'mean drunk' who would 'drink excessively' and 'engage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls.' That behavior allegedly involved grinding on girls and making crude sexual comments.

Swetnick claims other women have recalled similar behavior particularly while partying in Ocean City, Maryland during Beach Week. She says Kavanaugh's insistence that he didn't engage in sexual activity and was 'innocent' in high school is 'absolutely false and a lie.'

The most serious allegation involves the use of drugs and grain alcohol to 'cause girls to lose their inhibitions and ability to say no.' Swetnick says she made an effort to avoid drinking the punch at parties where she believed Judge, Kavanaugh, and others would be targeting shy or vulnerable girls.

Swetnick says Kavanaugh and friends would take inebriated girls into a side room to attempt taking turns having sex in an act referred to as a 'train.'

"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh," she said.

She says it was at one of those parties that she was given Quaaludes or a similar substance before being raped by a group of boys and that Kavanaugh and Judge were present at the time. Swetnick adds that she has told at least two other people what happened, and that other witnesses can corroborate her claims.

The latest claims come as Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford -- who claims the nominee molested her at a drinking party -- prepare for a hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
