WATCH: Human dreidel descends upon subway, spins uncontrollably

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- It's Chanukah time in New York, so menorahs in building lobbies and windows adorned with decorations are a common sight.

What's not a common sight? A human dreidel making cameos on trains and subway stations twirling all over the place.

A video posted on YouTube Dec. 3 shows such a creature twirling around on an N train. The reaction? Meh, from most of the jaded strap-hangers.

The next day, this larger-than-life dreidel was spotted at the Union Square station.

It appears that the costumed-caper is New Yorker Jason Izen, whose Instagram profile bio is, "Always doing my best to make everyone laugh and come together because we are all one being and joy is our birthright. LOVE."

Sometimes riding the subway doesn’t suck. Very rarely tho. -- Happy holidays ---- #humandreidel #mta #nyc #happyholidays #happyhanukkah #funnyvideos #newyorklife #neveradullmoment #funnymemes #wtfisthis
