It was November 25, around 4 a.m. and he was not happy with the service at Hi Mango Flushing Ave Deli, where it was apparently taking too long to cook a sandwich.

The irate customer allegedly threw merchandise at the worker, striking him in the head and torso. Cell phone video taken by deli workers shows the man demanding his bacon, egg, and cheese on cinnamon raisin 'right now!'

EMS took Sanjay Patel to Wyckoff Hospital where he was treated for bruising and swelling.

"He just kept throwing stuff at my head," Patel told NBC4.

The suspect took off, but Patel said the incident has stuck with him.

"When I sleep, nighttime, I still dream it, because he told me, too, 'I'm going to shoot you,'" said Patel. "He told me he gonna shoot me."

Anyone with information is asked to call 800-577-TIPS.
