NYPD officers bought a birthday cake for Juliette, who turned 10 on Saturday hours after a large fire tore through her apartment building.

“When officers with the department's Community Affairs Bureau Rapid Response Team learned it was one of the tenant's birthdays, they bought her a birthday cake to help bring a little joy,” the NYPD tweeted.

Video of the impromptu birthday celebration shows NYPD officers handing Juliette a birthday cake while singing “Happy Birthday.”

The girl’s family was among those who lost their homes when an inferno tore through a three-story apartment building on W. 167th Street in the Highbridge section early Saturday morning.

Fourteen people, including firefighters, were injured in the fire. Six people had to be hospitalized, but all of the injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening.
