FDA Approves Drug Designed To Fight Underarm Sweat

WASHINGTON (1010 WINS) -- The Food and Drug Administration has approved the first ever drug developed specifically to reduce excessive underarm sweating.

Qbrexza comes in the form of a wipe that's used daily to block sweat glands from activating.

It's expected to hit shelves in October.

Drug maker Dermira has not disclosed its price.
