NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The Trump Organization is suing the estate of a Trump Tower resident who died in a fire at the building in April.

Its filed the lawsuit late Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking to reclaim $90,000 in unpaid fees from 67-year-old Todd Brassner's estate.

Brassner's heirs, Todd and Heather Brassner have not yet publicly commented.

It's the Residential Board of Trump Tower Condominium that's seeking the money, but it's backed by the Trump Organization.

The $90,000 consists of more than $64,000 in unpaid common charges --- which typically includee maintenance and utilities -- an amount that includes fees accrued following his death. The board is also seeking a judgement of at least $25,000.

The NYFD had said that the fire was accidental, and that Brassner's 50th floor apartment did not have a smoke alarm not sprinklers.
