Teen student sexually assaulted in school bathroom, suspect sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police say a teen student was sexually assaulted inside the bathroom of a college campus.

At approximately 11:35 a.m.,  on Nov, 25, officials responded to a call of a sexual assault at Kingsborough Community College located at 2001 Oriental Boulevard where they encountered a 17-year-old girl who was the victim of a sexual assault.

Police said the teen went inside the bathroom located within the lower level of the library, when she discovered an unknown man had also made his way into the bathroom.

The suspect then proceeded to direct her into a stall, removed her pants and sexually assaulted her, police say.

After the assault, the suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.

EMS also responded to the scene transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Coney Island in stable condition, where she was subsequently treated and released.

Police released a sketch of the suspect, who is described as a male with a light complexion, about 17 to 18 years old, approximately 5'9" tall, weighing 160 lbs..

Authorities say he has a thin build, brown eyes and black hair and he was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket.
