NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A teenager was shot to death in Queens early Tuesday morning, police say.

Angel Nixon, 18, was on 176th St. near 145th St. in Jamaica with a group of people, witnesses told police.

He began arguing with a man at about 12:30 a.m., they said.

The man pulled a gun and started shooting, hitting Nixon in the chest, torso and legs.

He was taken to Jamaica Hospital but was pronounced dead there.

The shooter fled and has not been caught.

Police sources told the Daily News that Nixon, who lived about a mile from where he was shot, had been arrested a few times, primarily for robbery.

The investigation is ongoing.
