Suspicious package found in front of Brooklyn synagogue not a threat: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police say a suspicious package found in front of a synagogue in Brooklyn was been deemed safe.

The street is blocked off in front of Congregation B’nai Jacob on Glenwood Road between Nostrand Ave. and East 31st Street in Flatbush.

Police were called around 8:15 a.m.
