Subway conductor punched on 4 train

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is looking for a suspect who punched a subway conductor seemingly at random.

The incident occurred Thursday night on a 4 train in the Bowling Green station in lower Manhattan, authorities say.

According to police, the suspect punched the conductor when the train pulled into the station and then ran away.

The conductor suffered minor injuries.
