'Saturday Night Live' announces hosts, musical guests for upcoming season

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- NBC on Monday announced the first batch of "Saturday Night Live" hosts and music guests for the upcoming, 45th season of the iconic sketch show"

Sept. 28: Woody Harrelson, Billie Eilish

Oct. 5: Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Taylor Swift

Oct. 12: David Harbour, Camila Cabello

Nov. 2: Kristen Stewart, musical guest TBA

Dec. 21: Eddie Murphy, musical guest TBA

The initial roster reflects who's hot right now, from "Stranger Things" star David Harbour to "Fleabag" star Phoebe Waller-Bridge. And of course, Camila Cabello is on fire right now, thanks to her duet with Shawn Mendes for "Senorita," which the pair will perform at Monday's VMA Awards in New Jersey. 

Eddie Murphy will be making his first appearance as host since 1984. 

Currently, the show's cast is all set to return in 2019-20, including Kenan Thompson, who also has a primetime show on NBC next season.
