FORT LAUDERDALE (1010 WINS) – NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen has expanded his damage suit against stand-up comic Lindsay Glazer Woloshin and her husband Jacob Woloshin to include their 5-year-old daughter.

The suit now accuses the daughter of defacing his property with crayons and markers and claims the Woloshins failed as parents.

The suit also alleges pets were allowed to pee anywhere and that the front gate was damaged, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The family rented the former NBA player's Fort Lauderdale mansion while it was on the market for $10 million after their home was damaged in Hurricane Irma in 2017.

The suit says the $50,000 security deposit they paid won’t cover the nearly $110,000 in destruction.

An attorney for the Woloshins told the Daily Business Review that the home may have been damaged but not to the extent the lawsuit claims.
