MOUNT VERNON, N.Y.  (1010 WINS) -- A Westchester man has been accused of using a high-tech version of luring a child with a puppy.

Charles Johnson allegedly used pet services app Rover.com to trick a teen into coming to his Mount Vernon home.

Johnson does not have a dog. When the teen got there, Johnson allegedly groped and exposed himself to her.

Police believe he may be the same guy who put up flyers in Yonkers last year, looking for cheerleaders to cheer him up while he exercised in his home.
