NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman was attacked and robbed at gunpoint inside a Long Island City, Ramada Inn on Monday night.

Cops say four men put on masks before busting into the Crescent Street room. They threatened the 27-year-old woman inside with a gun, bound her with duct tap, then took off with an iPhone, $100 cash, a New York driver's license, and a debit card.

NBC4 reports the suspects knew the woman to be a dominatrix, according to authorities. She answered the door after getting a call from an unknown number that she believed was a client.

The woman was treated and released at Mount Sinai Hospital.

The suspects were described as four black males in their 30s. They were all wearing dark clothing -- black jackets, hoodies, and pants. One of the men was described as heavyset with glasses, another slim with a mustache, the other two men had beards.

Cops are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
