John Montone

Ready for some snow? If no, you're not alone

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Like it or not, we're getting snow today. Snow, sleet and rain to be exact.

The wintry mix will arrive around midday in New York City and is expected to make a mess of the evening commute.

1010 WINS' John Montone talked to the folks about what AccuWeather says is the earliest measurable snow the city will get in six years.

When asked if he liked snow, Singh laughed and said, "No like. Everybody don't like snow," but said it is good for business.

Bob drove 91 miles one way from Ulster County to Kearney, NJ in order to help with the storm.

"They need me out there ... I didn't really want to go but I'm going."

We hear ya Bob.
