NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Rapper Tekashi69 was spared a prison sentence Friday in his child sex case, when a judge in Brooklyn sentenced the performer -- whose real name is Daniel Hernandez --  to four years probation.

Then, early Friday night, WABC reported that the rapper was linked to a shooting near Madison Avenue and East 61st Street. He was at Philippe celebrating his court victory, when a "scuffle" broke out between Tekashi69 and another person, WABC reported, adding that he was not hurt.

Tekashi69 pled guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance in October 2015, long before he was famous.

Prosecutors had said Tekashi69 was at a party in Harlem where a 13-year-old girl was taped engaging in sexual acts with another man while Tekashi,  then 18, stood "behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking on her buttocks." Prosecutors said the child is nude in the video.
