RANDOM ATTACK: 65-year-old NYC man slashed across the face

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 65-year-old man was slashed across the face at random in the Bronx, police said.

The man was walking near Clinton Avenue and East 169th Street in the Morrisania section on Friday morning when another man came up to him and slashed him across the face with an unknown object, according to police.

The NYPD released images of the suspect this weekend.

The victim was taken to a hospital, where he received stitches for a gash on the left side of his face.
