WATCH: Queens McDonald's robbed at gunpoint, 3 suspects sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released video late Monday of a a group wanted for robbing a Queens McDonald's at gunpoint over the weekend. 

Just minutes after 4 a.m., on Feb. 16, officials say three suspects approached the drive-thru window of a McDonald's located at at 38-02 Queens Boulevard in Long Island City, in a black sedan.

Two of the suspects entered the restaurant by climbing through the window, while the third person remained in the car.

Once inside, authorities say the suspects brandished a gun and demanded money secured in a safe from a store employee.

The store employee complied and the individuals fled eastbound on Queens Boulevard in the black sedan with approximately $3,600.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
