NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- There's a lot of cheering up that's needed across the city, so when an opportunity presents itself for full-on celebrating, prepare yourself.

So, armed with that mindset, New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital has decided to bid farewell to patients who have recovered from coronavirus by blasting the Journey track "Don't Stop Believin'"

In a video released by the hospital, patients are wheeled out while health care workers cheer them on.

"Every patient discharge gives hope to New York Presbyterian Queens staff. They are encouraged to see their patients recovering and going home," Jaclyn Mucaria, president of New York-Presbyterian Queens, told "Good Morning America."

She added, "These have been very challenging times but I am so proud of the extraordinary selflessness and teamwork. Everyone is pitching in for the purpose of providing the best care to our patients."
