NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The Hate Crimes Task Force is searching for someone who has been scrawling anti-Arabs hate messages on a school in Brooklyn.

A camera caught a man spray painting anti-Muslim statements on multiple entrance doors to P.S. 52 in Sheepshead Bay.

The words, “Kill Arabs,” were found on different doors of  the school Monday morning as well, and similar words were found on a Nostrand Avenue bus shelter, City Councilman Chaim Deutsch said.

Deutsh says $2 million were put in the city budget for NYPD surveillance cameras.

He says, “The scope of the project is to have these cameras installed around public and privte schools, around houses of worship, and around parks and playgrounds.”

Deutch heads up the council’s Jewish caucus but says that when one group is attacked, all groups are attacked.

The man is described as a white male around 60, 5’10’ and 220 pounds, partially bald with a beard and white hair.
