Police Release Footage Of Suspects In Fulton Mall Shooting

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are still searching for multiple suspects in connection to a shooting outside the busy Fulton Mall in Downtown Brooklyn Friday.

The shooting happened at around 2 p.m. in front of the Gap and House of Hoops stores at the shopping center at Fulton Street and Gallatin Place.

Police said a 31-year-old male was shot in the leg,  a 28-year-old male was shot in the hand and a 27-year-old female suffered two graze wounds.

NYPD Deputy Chief Michael Kemper, Commanding Officer of Brooklyn Detectives, said a group of about five people – composed of both men and women – got into a verbal argument with another man. Someone in the group of five took out a gun and fired shots, hitting the three victims.

The five people in the group from which the shots were fired all ran off down Gallatin Place toward Livingston Street, Kemper said.

Surveillance video released Sunday shows the five suspects fleeing the scene.
