NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police have identified two sisters whose duct-taped bodies were found washed up along the Hudson River this week.

The two young women are 22-year-old Rotana Farea and her 16-year-old sister Tala Farea, police said late Friday.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children had said Tala was last seen on Aug. 24 and that she may be with her sister.

The bodies of the sisters were found together in Riverside Park on Wednesday afternoon. They were discovered on rocks near the river at West 68th Street, police said.

Their bodies had been duct-taped together, according to police.

The Medical Examiner is still determining what killed the women.
