PATH train cuts man in half in Manhattan: report

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Port Authority officials report that a man wandering the PATH in Manhattan early Tuesday was cut in half by an oncoming train.

According to an agency spokesperson, the victim was attempting to find cover after walking the tracks from 23rd Street when he was struck by the train as it approached the 33rd Street station.

The New York Post reports that the body's halves were found separated from one another on the northbound and southbound tracks.
