JERSEY CITY, N.J. (1010 WINS/AP) -- PATH riders are urged to bring cash after the Port Authority reported that they are unable to process any credit or debit card transactions at vending machines or online.

In a tweet from the PATH Train account, they stated that Cubic Transportation Systems have been working to fix the issue.

"We're sorry for this ongoing inconvenience. Pls BRING CASH. We still cannot process credit/debit @ machines or online. SmartLink auto-replenishment not affected. Pax can use pay-per-ride MetroCard & fill @ NY MTA machines. Fare collection vendor @CubicTS continues working on fix."

PATH passengers can use pay-per-ride MetroCards and refill them at MTA machines.
