Over 100 firefighters battle 2-alarm blaze in Brooklyn

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Over 100 firefighters helped put out a two-alarm fire that tore through a house in Brooklyn early Tuesday morning, the FDNY confirmed.

Fire officials received a call around 3:20 a.m. for the blaze located at 965 Belmont Avenue in the East New York section. 

Officials say the flames started on the first floor of the two-story house with videos on Twitter and Citizen app showing firefighters inside the building while flames shoot out from the roof.

The flames were contained in about an hour and there were no reported injuries.
