Snow is expected to be heavy at times, with 1 to 3 inches falling in the city and immediate suburbs making for a slow slippery commute.

Winter weather advisories are out through Monday night into Tuesday morning for most of the Tri-State area. There is a winter storm warning for eastern Long Island and coastal Connecticut.

Nobody really wants to go through another one of these -- especially the thousands who are still waiting for power to come back on after the last two nor'easters.

Most of the remaining outages are in New Jersey. Con Ed has almost all of its Westchester County customers back online, but some want to know why Gov. Andrew Cuomo wasn't on the ground at the height of the outages.

"I have been all over the state, and again since I live here, this is the place that I spend the most time," he said.

Cuomo added that all he had do to understand the situation was to look out in his own yard. He's blaming Con Ed and other utilities for dropping the ball.
