NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Cynthia Nixon is challenging Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic primary. She plans to release her tax returns on Friday.

Gov. Cuomo called her out Thursday for not yet carrying through on her promise to make them public this week.

Nixon said her returns are complicated. She had to file in nine states, and asked the IRS for an extension.

Republican candidate, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro has released returns dating back to 2013. For last year, they show he and his wife reported a combined income of $174,000 and paid $22,000 in federal tax and $9,000 in state tax.
