NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Sunday were trying to identify two women who allegedly used credit cards that were stolen from a woman’s purse in a subway station in SoHo.

Around 1:40 p.m. Sunday, April 22, the 23-year-old woman was in the Prince Street and Broadway N, R, and W train station when she felt someone behind her, police said.

She turned around and saw the latch to her purse was open and her wallet containing her credit cards was gone, police said.

About 20 minutes later, the woman’s credit card was used by the two suspects at Cleo Nicci Eyewear, 65 Spring St., police said.

The women made unauthorized purchases of $800, police said.

They are both described as Hispanic women about 20 years old, with black hair, a light complexion, and a slim build.
