NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is asking for the public's help in locating four men wanted in connection with a stabbing over the weekend in Brooklyn.

On Sunday March 8, at around midnight in front of 706 Grand Street, a 26-year old man was approached by four men. They got into verbal dispute which escalated into a physical fight, police said.

Soon after, one of the men displayed a sharp instrument and stabbed the victim twice in the stomach. The four men then fled and went southbound on Graham Avenue.

The victim suffered cuts and bleeding and was taken by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital.

He is listed in serious, but stable condition.
