2 arrests in Junction Blvd subway stab; suspect sought in Aug. 10 attack

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two people have been arrested in connection with the Saturday night stabbing of a man in the Junction Boulevard Subway Station in Brooklyn. 

The attack happened just after 10 p.m.

The victim suffered multiple stab wounds to the head and torso. He's now in Elmhurst Hospital and is expected to survive. 

The two suspects are said to be 19 and 24 year olds from Brooklyn. Each is charged with assault. 

In another subway attack, the man who punched a woman in the face at the Broadway Junction -- East New York A and C train subway station on Auguest 10 -- is still being sought.

Police said that attack happened without provocation. The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.

The suspect in that attack is described as a black man, 20 to 30 years-old, approximately 5'11," with a slim build and dark skin. He was wearing a black cap, dark blue shorts, a black t-shirt that reads, "ZOOYORK" on the front and was carrying a back pack.
