WINCHESTER, KY (1010 WINS) -- A Kentucky woman was arrested after two of her children tested positive for cocaine.

It all started Thursday at a head start school, police say.

The woman's 4-year-old daughter became unresponsive. A test came back positive for cocaine, as did a test on the woman's 2-year-old.

The staff had put the girl down for a nap after she appeared lethargic, but took her to the hospital when they had trouble getting her back up.

After the failed drug tests, cops arrested the children's mother Annquita Wright.

Cops say Wright admitted to having her kids with her while a friend would sell crack and cocaine in the family's home.

Wright's little girl told investigators that she ate something that she had picked up off the floor, ABC7 reports.

Wright has been charged with two counts of abuse. Records indicate that she is also a fugitive from another state.
