The morning after the snowy mess: Delays on roads & rails

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Friday is a gridlock alert day. However, it was chaos and gridlock all rolled into one at Port Authority on Thursday.

The area roads weren't much better. Drivers were stranded on area roads for hours, including former NJ Gov. Chris Christie who called a radio station to vent, saying he had been in his car for four hours.

Some students were stuck on school buses until midnight.
