Mell performed sex acts on the girl and one occaission bought her emergency contraception, the complaint says.

In July 2017, Mell flew the girl to Cape Cod for sex, and put the plane on autopilot for a time to engage in a sex act while in the air, according to the complaint.

The complaint also details Mell's requests for lew text and video messages as well as meetings in New York City and Hunterdon County.

In one message Mell allegedly wrote, “Trust me the sex is amazing but so is being around you.”

Mell has served on the board of the Westminster School, received the 'Unsung Hero Award' from Far Hills Country Day School, and coached hockey at the Essex Hunt Club.
