Man attempted to lure boy, 10, to car in Bronx: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD are hunting for a man who tried to lure a child to his car Tuesday morning in the Bronx.

At 8:40 a.m. in front of 190 West Tremont Ave. in Morris Heights, a 10-year-old boy was walking to school when he was approached by an unidentified man.

The man talked to the boy and tried to motion him to his white Scion.

The child refused and the man fled.

Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this male is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
