NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A customer of Long Island's Beach Bum Tanning has been arrested for allegedly using a camera to record female customers while they were in private tanning rooms,  according to Nassau County police. One of the incidents ocurred at the location in Levittown.

Jake Gabler-Colotti, 22, of Wantagh, has been charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance.

During an investigation, police say detectives found that he also videotaped other female customers at the company's other salons in Seaford and Plainview. Police say a second victim has come forward.

His attorney, Cornell Bouse, told Newsday Gabler-Colotti is "a good kid'' who's "never been in any trouble with the law.'' He said the case is "entirely circumstantial.''
