BRIDGEPORT (1010 WINS) – Lawyers for the Sandy Hook families suing Alex Jones say the Info Wars host sent them electronic files containing child pornography.

Lawyers from the law firm Koskoff, Koskoff and Bieder wrote in court documents that they notified the FBI about the porn.

“The FBI advised counsel that its review located numerous additional illegal images, which had apparently been sent to InfoWars email addresses,” the lawyers wrote in the documents, according to the Connecticut Post.

The lawyers say they found the porn while reviewing electronic files Jones turned over as part of the lawsuit against him.

The families of eight victims and an FBI agent have sued Jones for promoting a conspiracy theory that the 2012 shooting in Newtown was a hoax. Jones has since said he believes the shooting that killed 20 children and six educators did occur.

Jones blasted the accusation and the families’ lawyers on his show, saying attorney Chris Mattei is trying to frame him.

“You’re trying to set me up with child porn, I’ll get your ass,” Jones says on his broadcast.

“One million dollars, you little gang members. One million dollars to put your head on a pike,” Jones says.

“I get death threats, I get child porn planted on us -- over this -- I've been deplatformed almost everwhere. People spit on me in the street,” he says. “Some people are so pissed they're trying to plant child porn on us.”

At one point Jones says, “I’m gonna kill” -- leading the law firm to claim he was threatening them.

A lawyer for Jones denied he was making threats but instead speaking in a “compassionate fashion.”

A court hearing on the documents is scheduled Tuesday.
