SECAUCUS, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- L.A. Fitness has fired a manager and two employees at its Secaucus gym after two black men were kicked out in a dispute over membership. The incident was captured on video.

In the video, a man can be heard asking why he is 'being kicked out for no reason.'

Oates claims the gym staff called the cops while he and a friend were working out, and were interrupted even after they checked into the club with the appropriate credentials, reported.

L.A. Fitness said, 'regrettably, our staff unnecessarily escalated the situation and called the police rather than work through it,' and an apology has been issued. One of the men said he had been a member of LA. Fitness for 8 years and has had 'multiple problems' with workers.

Shyrad Oates who shot the video wrote on Facebook that he and his friend felt racially profiled.
