Jury Deliberations Underway In Grisly Brooklyn Murder

April 10, 2018 - 11:42 am

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A jury has begun deliberations in a Brooklyn murder trial.

Daniel St. Hubert was living at a homeless shelter in June of 2014, when the attack occurred. He allegedly stabbed a 6-year-old boy to death in an elevator, and seriously wounded the boy's 7-year-old friend.

Jurors have requested video of St. Hubert going in and out of the shelter he was living in, along with information about DNA tests performed on the murder weapon, and testimony from attack survivor Mikayla Capers.

The New York Post reports, St. Hubert's attorney Howard Greenburg has attempted to discredit Capers' testimony.
