SOUTH BEND, IN (1010 WINS) -- An Indiana teenager has admitted to fatally stabbing a pregnant classmate.

Court papers say Aaron Trejo, 16, stabbed 17-year-old Breana Rouhsleang because she waited too long to tell him she was pregnant, and an abortion was no longer a possibility.

Rouhselang, a cheerleader, was about 6 months pregnant, her mother said.

Trejo, who played for the Mishawaka High School football team, said he and Breana had argued about the pregnancy before he stabbed her in the heart. Court papers say he covered her body in a black plastic bag, threw her in a dumpster, and tossed her phone and the knife into a river.

"I took action," he said, "I took her life."

An autopsy revealed that Breana died from multiple stab wounds, and was choked with a scarf, CNN reports.

Cops found Breana's body in a dumpster after she was reported missing by her family early Sunday morning.
