NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- You might say Major League Baseball is going for blokes.

In an attempt to draw fans from around the world, the Yankees and Red Sox will play two games in London's Olympic Stadium next June.

And Joe a Yankee fan is striking out against it, saying keep American sports in the USA.

"Go kick a ball around do something like that. What do they play? Cricket? Their football is round. Stop with the NFL and now baseball, and everything else over there," Joe said. "Stick with fish and chips, round football, leave us alone."

"Who wants to go out there and play? Maybe we can send the Mets out there, that'll be better . The Mets and maybe Atlanta. Now about that? They're not as good as the Yankees and the Red Sox," another fan, named Mike, said.

"All games should be played in the United States. What does Major League Baseball stand for? America, right?" another fan said.

So give me some peanuts and the Union Jack?
