NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A former CBS Radio sales executive has filed a $5 million sexual harassment lawsuit against 1010 WINS' sister station WFAN.

Lauren Lockwood claims she was constantly hit on by midday host Joe Benigno

She also claims that Benigno turned hostile when she turned him down.

Lockwood was fired after getting in the middle of a fist fight in the WFAN suite at Barclays Center during last year's big Floyd Mayweather/Conor McGregor fight. She says a male co-worker who was also involved was not disciplined at all.

Entercom, the now parent company of both WFAN and 1010 WINS, doesn't comment on active lawsuits but will vigorously defend itself.

Benigno's agent denies the accusations and says his client is more than prepared to handle the situation if need be.
