NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A former bus driver and two aides pleaded 'not guilty' to charges that they abused a 9-year-old non verbal boy with autism.

Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini said the victim was allegedly kicked and on one occasion, had his toes bent backwards until he screamed. "The abuse of any child is troubling, but to abuse our most vulnerable. Particularly those who are non verbal and who have trouble expressing the situation to their parents."

Sini went on to say that surveillance videos obtained from inside of the bus show James Lagreca, Auga M. Roberts and Anneris Contreras tormenting and physically abusing the victim on multiple occasions.
