Duo ties up man, woman in violent home invasion in Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police have released surveillance video of two suspects wanted for an armed home invasion in Queens last week.

The NYPD says the two suspects forced their way into an apartment near Myrtle and Hillside avenues in Richmond Hill on Wednesday afternoon.

The duo confronted a 32-year-old woman and 34-year-old man, who they forced into the back of the home at gunpoint.

Police say the two suspects tied up the victims and pistol-whipped the woman before stealing $500 and taking off.

The victims were not seriously hurt and refused medical attention, according to the NYPD.
